The Unusual Collaboration Between Afro-beats Twins Lali X Lola And Happy FM's Nyansa Boakwa | general-entertainment

Ghanaian Twin sisters Lali X Lola, featured Happy FM's Nyansa Boakwa on their newest dubbed EP, “From Words To Magic”.

Born in Cape Coast to a mom of Ashanti royal heritage and an Ewe father from the Volta Region. Patricia Delali Dake (Lali) and her twin sister Trysha Wolali Dake (Lola) are Afrobeat/Afro-soul/Afro-fusion (Alté) feminine artists and dancers.
The duo presently work from each Ghana and the UK. They take into account themselves as “Entertainment Scholars” due to their ardour and drive to excel academically whereas totally exploiting their God-given abilities. They are managed by their father who they name their "dadanger" (daddy/supervisor). Their child brother "Rappidd" is their default producer and their mom their stylist. Yep it is a household factor! No wahala!!

They attended Junior High at Queensland International School, Senior excessive at Akosombo International School and University at Lancaster University Ghana. They each graduated high of their class with First Class Honors in Economics and International Relations. Lola is simply accomplished her grasp's in Economics at Lancaster University Management School UK whereas Lali is scheduled to pursue her Master's too.

“I'm Blessed” the sixth track on the EP is a track exhibiting gratitude for all times with echoing Twi appellations to God. It is a novel and weird fusion of Afro-beats and Talking drums sure “Traditional Talking drums “.

“While writing the song, we needed someone to fill it with deep Akan appellations to God. We were just looking at our lives and just wanted to take the struggles and everything we've been through and put in a song”, Lali defined. “We just could not find the right Akan words and attitude” Lola added.

“We put a notice out and had a couple of people calling but none of them met our expectations. We were finally pointed in the direction of Nyansa Boakwa and after reaching him and talking to him, we immediately knew he was the one”, they added.

Nyansa Boakwa speaking about how he got here in regards to the phrases for the track talked about that after listening to the track and what it meant, he simply determined to offer God the reward via appellations in phrases and expressions he knew greatest.
“There are times you want to talk to God but don't have the right words to do so. So I just used some attributes to describe him and that was all” he asserted.

Although they only lately got here in touch with him, Lali X Lola say Nyansa Boakwa has been a blessing to them and is now household.
