The Electoral Commission (EC) has urged the public to disregard a purported advertisement circulating on various social media that the Commission was undertaking a recruitment exercise.
A press release signed and issued by the Chairperson of the Commission, Mrs Jean Mensa, yesterday reacting to the purported recruitment exercise, said “the general public is informed that the Commission is not carrying out any recruitment exercise.”
The Commission, therefore, advised the public to disregard the said advertisement.
