Ashaley Botwe Murder Court Issues Bench Warrant for Arrest of Safina Mohammed

An Accra High court has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Safina Adizatu Mohammed, the lady who is standing trial for alledgedly killing her Ghanaian-Canadian boyfriend.
When the case was called today for the jury and lawyers to pick a date for trial to commence, Safina and her lawyers were absent.
Justice Lydia Osei Marfo after being informed by the Prosecution, that, they did not know why the accused and her lawyers were not in court futher asked if any relative of the accused was present but there was none.
Following the information, Justice Lydia Osei Marfo issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Safina.
Safina Adizatu Mohammed a 23-year-old university student is alleged to have killed Frank Kofi Osei, a Ghanaian resident in Canada with other accomplices when he visited her at Ashaley Botwe a suburb of Accra while he was on vacation in Ghana.
