In the first half of this year alone over 900 cases of online scam and its related activities were reported.

Speaking with Peace FM News, the CEO of Cyber ​​Zone GH, David Gyedu advised participants who normally purchase goods and products online; Instagram or Facebook, to at least go to the comments section to read and find out what people have said about the products or whether the comments section has been disabled too buyers to ignore such profiles.

He again advised buyers not to pay before purchasing goods online, but rather pay on delivery.
