STATEMENT Wontumi Congratulates All Winners Of Npps Parliamentary Primaries

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi, wishes to extend his message of congratulations to all candidates who emerged winners of yesterday's parliamentary primaries of the party.

The Ashanti Regional believes that the successful conduct of the primaries is a significant achievement and a testament of the commitment of all members of the party in the region.

It is also the hope of the Regional Chairman that your victory will serve as a fresh step towards rekindling the spirit of unity, revival and commitment towards the bigger battle ahead of the party in the December 7 general elections.

The Regional Chairman further wishes to express gratitude to aspirants who did not win for their show of maturity and their pledge to rally behind the winners to campaign in the upcoming elections.

Special commendation from the Regional Chairman also goes to the Electoral Commission and three Regional Police Commands - Ashanti North,  Ashanti South and the Greater Ashanti Commands for supervising a peaceful and incident-free primary.
