FIfth Prosecution Witness In Menzgold Case Accuses NAM1 of Assault

Fifth Prosecution Witness in the MENZGOLD case, Priscilla Adu-Boateng, has made allegations of assaults against the accused, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1.
Priscilla made the allegation in her witness statement adopted by the High Court, presided over by Justice Ernest Owusu-Dapaa, Justice of the Court of Appeal sitting as a High Court judge.
Priscilla, a trader, was in court today, January 23, 2024, to testify about her engagement with NAM1 and his gold dealership companies.
According to her, NAM1 pulled a gun on aggrieved customers on January 8, 2020, when they went to his home to demand their monies
The single mother of four said she is in the process of selling her house to enable her to take care of her family because her investment of Seven Hundred and Sixty Thousand cedis (GHC 760,000.00) is locked up with MENZGOLD.
Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1, is currently in court for allegedly defrauding Ghanaians of millions of cedis.
