NIGERIA: Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Lagos has convicted and sentenced a former skilled footballer, Okafor Emmanuel Junior to 5 years' imprisonment for cocaine trafficking.
The judgment was handed down after Emmanuel pleaded responsible to the cost of trafficking within the banned substance made towards him by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
