Ukraine War: Putin Suspends Black Sea Grain Exports Deal | News

President Vladimir Putin has stated Russia is suspending - however not ending - its participation in a deal that enables protected passage to vessels carrying Ukrainian grain exports.

Moscow pulled out of the UN-brokered settlement on Saturday, alleging that Ukraine had used a security hall within the Black Sea to assault its fleet.
