Nana Yaa Brefo, a popular radio presenter, has denied rumors that she is a lesbian, stating that the claims were unfounded and fueled by her close relationship with colleague Yaa Kyeraa and their preference for wearing trousers.

Speaking in an interview with Accra FM, Nana Yaa Brefo explained that she and Yaa Kyeraa were falsely accused of being lesbians because of their clothing choices.

She further emphasized that she has never been involved in any same-sex relationship and was married to a man and is now a mother.

Nana Yaa Brefo also addressed her preference for wearing trousers, stating that it is due to her physique and desire for comfort.

She urged people not to judge others based on their clothing choices or appearance.

Explaining the chemistry between her and Yaa Kyeraa, Nana Yaa Brefo said that they share a close bond, but it is not related to lesbianism.

She described Yaa Kyeraa as a big sister who respects her, and she reciprocates the support. Nana Yaa Brefo joined Angel Broadcasting Network in June 2020 after leaving Multimedia Group.
