'I Can Never Quit Acting' - Majid Michel | Movies

Celebrated actor, Majid Michel, has stated that he has never crossed his mind that he would quit acting one day.

Speaking on Asempa FM on Saturday, he said that was because he can never give up on acting.

“N…never! It never even crossed my mind at any point. That means that is not what you were called to do. I can never think of quitting,” he indicated.

Majid has become a household name after playing Shaker in the rested the TV series, 'Things We Do For Love.'

He has since gone on to feature in a lot of major African movies and was adjudged Best Actor in Africa at the 2012 Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Majid is currently admired and loved across the world for his talent. His latest movie, 'Kotoka', is scheduled to premiere at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra on February 14, 2023, Valentine's Day.

According to him, he loves what he does as an actor and he has no dreams of ever quitting.

“I have so much love for film and that's what I wanted to do. I like action movies so I did martial acting. If you ask George Quaye he will tell you to tell…that was drive. There was no such thing as I'm tired or I'm stopping,” he added.
