NPP presidential candidate, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has reiterated his belief in the Almighty God to dictate the affairs of man and make all things possible.
Dr. Bawumia, addressing a congregation at a Catholic Church in Atimatim in the Afigya Kwabre East Constituency on Sunday as part of his tour of the constituency, Dr. Bawumia stressed "with God, all things are possible”.

Dr. Bawumia’s reference to the biblical quote attracted massive applause from the Christians gathered as they found it distinct and impressive that he being a Muslim would give credence to the Bible.
Remarkably, Dr. Bawumia's visit to the Catholic Church brought members of the two leading faiths in the country, Christians and Muslims, together under same roof.
A number of Imams and Zongo Chiefs from the constituency joined the Clergy and traditional rulers to hold the church service.The Imams, Clergy and the traditional rulers expressed delight at the beautiful harmony between them especially with the Imams observing a church service.
Dr. Bawumia also commended the Muslims and Christians for their show of unity stressing this reflects the peace and unity in the nation.
"There is peace and understanding between Muslims and Christians in Ghana and it is one of the reasons we have peace.”
"It is so beautiful to see Imams here in this Chapel. This reflects our mutual understanding and respect for each other. You will hardly see this anywhere in the world but this is happening in Ghana one”, Bawumia stated and charged the groups to "persist to leave in harmony and persist to respect one another”.
