University graduates are encouraged to cultivate a vision aimed at fostering positive alter and making a sigshy;nificant impact as they enter their respective fields of work.
“No matter where life has taken you or the obstacles you faced, having a vision for creating positive alter and impacting lives is essential with unwavshy;ering determination,” Minister of Educashy;tion, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has noted.
Speaking at the fourth session of the 16th Congregation cershy;emony of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) in Acshy;cra last Friday, he said, “Everything is possible, tap into the power of the 10,000-hour rule, where dedishy;cation and persistence converge to unlock exceptional achievement.”
The minister encouraged them to be courageous, and compassionate, and be the alter-makers the world needed.
“Remember that as graduates, you have the ability to leave a lastshy;ing legacy and a lasting impression on your society,” he added.
To boost student engagement, he stressed, the importance of creating conducive learning environments that foster enhanced academic outcomes.
The Chancellor of the university, Dr Kofi Koduah Sarpong, tasked the graduates to sustain integrity, honesty, and strong moral princishy;ples.
“Effective leadership begins with a clear vision, which enables you to focus your time, resources, and partnerships on achieving crucial objectives,” he stated
He urged them to see obstacles as chances for growth, helping them achieve their goals.
