NPP National Youth Organizer Apologises to Prof Ransford Gyampo

The National Youth Wing of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has retracted their allegations and issued an unreserved apology to Political Science lecturer at the University of Ghana, Legon, Professor Ranford Gyampo, over allegations that he was in bed with the opposition, National Democratic Congress (NDC), hence, their embarking on industrial strike.
The National Youth wing, through the National Youth Organiser of the NPP, Salam Mustapha, as part of the allegations against the venerable Professor Ransford Gyampo, stated that, the Professor is noted for engaging in sexual escapades with female students for grades.
In a letter dated 1st November, 2024, Salam Mustapha said, "Given that I have no evidence to back the allegations I made against Prof Gyampo, I hereby retract and render an unqualified apology to him."
