Russia Strikes Ukrainian Infrastructure, Says It May Destroy Western Satellites | News

A senior Russian government official raised the likelihood that Moscow might shoot down business Western satellites getting used to assist Ukraine's warfare effort, as Russia pressed forward with its bombing marketing campaign towards Ukrainian infrastructure.

If acted on, the menace would inevitably elevate fears about spiraling escalation of the eight-month-old battle and the danger of direct confrontation between Russia and the West.

There was no fast response from the United States or business satellite tv for pc suppliers.

Konstantin Vorontsov, a senior Russian international ministry official, stated using Western satellites to help the Ukrainian warfare effort was "an extremely dangerous trend".
