All White Candlelight Vigil Announced For The Two Young Girls Lost In Tragic East Legon Crash

A candlelight vigil is set to be held in honor of Maame Dwomoh Boateng and Justine Agbenu, the two young women who tragically lost their lives in the horrific East Legon accident on Saturday, October 12, 2024. The vigil, titled “All White Candlelight Vigil,” will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, at the site of the accident. Loved ones and the community are invited to come together in their memory.
They were the unfortunate victims of a fatal car crash in East Legon, Accra, when Elrod Salifu Amoako, son of Bishop Salifu Amoako, crashed his Jaguar 4times;4 into the Acura they were traveling in which caught fire and led to their tragic death.
A flyer for the vigil features images of Maame Dwomoh Boateng and Justine Agbenu, along with a message inviting the public to attend in remembrance of the two. Attendees are encouraged to wear all white.
