Former President John Dramani Mahama, the Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency within the government.
He emphasized the importance of prudent governance and the need for a lean government structure that maximizes resources for the benefit of the citizens.
He said: "In line with the visionmdash;Building the Ghana we want togethermdash;I have shared with Ghanaians that I will not only nominate my complete list of cabinet ministers for parliamentary approval within the first 14 days of my office but also constitute the LEANEST AND MOST effective government under the fourth republic in my first 90 days in office..."
"Our commitment to accountability will be unwavering. We will establish a robust code of conduct and standards for all government officials to ensure their integrity and accountability" he added in a post on his Facebook page.
