A Pastor and youth development advocate, Pastor Alexander King Doku has hailed the innovation behind the CitizenApp launched by the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government.
The CitizenApp, which brings together all of government' s digital public services on a single platform and can be personalized with the Ghana Card for a lifetime use, was launched by the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who urged Ghanaians to download it for a seamless digital experience.
Pastor Doku has been impressed with the functions of the app, highlighting the impact of Dr. Bawumi during a book review with students of the Islamic University.
He hailed the features of the app, especially its job search feature.
"The CitizenApp which has just been launched by the Vice President is something really good for the country. I have gone through it and I am quite impressed”, he said.
He added; "One feature that I really liked is the aspect that allows young people to search for jobs. What it means is that you don't have to be writing application letters and moving around looking for jobs."
"The app allows you to make these inputs and then it notifies you of vacancies available. This is really great for the youth."Ameyaw Adu Gyamfi/
