A California choose has dominated in favor of a bakery proprietor who refused to make marriage ceremony truffles for a same-sex couple as a result of it violated her Christian beliefs.
California's division of honest housing and employment had sued Tastries Bakery in Bakersfield, arguing that the proprietor, Cathy Miller, deliberately discriminated towards the couple in violation of California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
