Samira Campaigns In Western North

The Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, is currently in the Western North Region to campaign and canvass for votes for her husband and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, towards the December 7 general election.
The Second Lady, who is touring the area for six days, is expected to engage some key stakeholders and the general public to discuss the vision and policies outlined by the NPP’s presidential candidate.
She will highlight, among others, the reasons the NPP should be retained in power to persist the progress and development of Ghana.
The Communication Officer of the NPP in Western North Region, Addo Yaw Harry, said the Second Lady started the visit on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 adding that she will pay a courtesy call on the Omanhene of Sefwi and meet with queen mothers.
He said Samira Bawumia and her entourage will also visit Aowin, Bodi, Juaboso, Suaman, SefwiWiawso Market, Akontombra, Bia East, Bia West and Bibiani/Ahwiaso/Bekwai.
He encouraged the residents to actively participate in the various engagements, to gain insights into the NPP’s plans and policies for the country’s future.
