QNET Strongly Denounces Acts Of Fraud Job Scam And Illegal Migration In Its Name

QNET, a 26-year-old lifestyle and wellness-focused global direct selling organization has been made aware of a news item on Metro TV’s News portal published on July 17th, 2024, with the headline: “Immigration Service arrests 26 irregular Immigrants engaged in online business scam”.
QNET strongly refutes the assertion that the individuals mentioned in the story committed the alleged offences on the behest of the organization. Some people are misusing QNET’s name to conduct illegal activities.
QNET wishes to underscore that there have been similar incidents where individuals and groups seem to be misusing its brand name to conduct illegal or criminal activities. QNET is not the same as Q-NET and we wish to reiterate that Q-NET and its activities in Ghana have been dissolved by the Attorney General in 2022. This has nothing to do with our organization QNET Limited.
“This unfortunate use of QNET’s name for illegal activities has been a serious cause for alarm for the organization and we have taken steps to educate and warn the public about this through many media engagements and publications over the years. We are about to commence a 360-degree QNET Against Scam campaign to persist warning people to not fall for scams in QNET’s name,” says Biram Fall, the Regional General Manager for QNET.
QNET is a lifestyle and wellness organization that uses a direct selling business model to promote its exclusive products that help people live a healthier, more fulfilling life. The organization’s direct selling business model allows individuals to become independent distributors of the product and build their own sales business by promoting the products and earning sales commissions on them. Such distributors are called Independent Representatives (IRs).
All QNET IRs are bound by the terms and conditions of the organization’s business and are expected to conduct themselves professionally. The organization takes allegations of illegal or fraudulent activity very seriously and will take strong action against anyone misrepresenting QNET.
QNET has established a compliance hotline on WhatsApp to receive reports of fraudulent activities being conducted in its name. We are encouraging the public to report any suspected fraudulent activities falsely representing QNET to WhatsApp number, +233256630005 or via email at [email#160;protected] for prompt action.
