Kwame Nkrumah Is Our Hero You Dare Not Touch Him NPP MP Fires NAPO

NPP Member of Parliament for Kade constituency, Alexander Agyare has found Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh's Nkrumah comments unfortunate and hoped his Running Mate hadn't picked on Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, in his public speech on Tuesday, July 9.

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, affectionately called "NAPO", during his outdooring in Kumasi took a swipe at Dr. Kwame Nkrumah stating “since independence from 1957 till today, we’ve not had any president that has helped Ghana like Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo".

"I say from 1957 till today, you can bring your Kwame Nkrumahhellip; no president has protected Ghana and moved the country forward like Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo”, he emphasized.

Hon. Alexander Agyare, speaking on Peace FM's Thursday edition of "Kokrokoo" show on Peace FM, cautioned Dr. Opoku Prempeh and all political actors to desist from attacking the reputation and legacy of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

To him, "Kwame Nkrumah is our hero. If for nothing at all, he obtained independence for Ghana...and no one can alter this," hence warned against denigrating him.
