Determination 71 year old Father Of Six Writes BECE In Goaso

Mr. kwesi Baiden, a 71-year-old Father of Six (6) was among thousands of pupils who wrote the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) at the Ahafoman Senior High Technical School Centre "B" in the Asunafo North Municipal of the Ahafo Region.
Mr Kwasi Baiden who registered as private BECE candidate is determined to pass his BECE to enable him benefit from the Free Senior High School Policy and secure a better future.
Mr. Kwasi Baiden told the Peace Fm in an interview that his decision to return to the classroom is to motivate street children and school going children who drop for to engage in business venture in galamsey, lumbering, Okada, Pragyia activities for money and to be enrolled into TVET under the free SHS policy.
The Asunafo North Municipal Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Education Service, Mr. Siaw Isaac who also confirm this to PeaceNews said in all 3,143 candidates are participating in the BECE on Monday in Asunafo North Municipal comprises of 1,631 male and 1,512 female from 83 public and 33 private schools.Atiewin Mohammed, Contributor
