Traders Kayayeis Chant It Is Possible To Welcome Bawumia At Accra Central

Chants of the name of NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his campaign slogan "It Is Possible" echoed through the busy streets of Okaishie, Accra, as the Vice President toured the Central Business District.

Dr. Bawumia is on day 2 of his Greater Accra Regional campaign tour after a packed schedule on day 1 where he meet the Clergy, Imams, Zongo Chiefs, the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs as well as community and street engagements.

The energetic NPP flagbearer continued his tour with a similar routine on day 2, commencing with a meeting with the Clergy in Tema and Imams together with Zongo Chiefs in Ashaiman.

Following his on-street interactions with the public in Ashaiman after the meeting the Imams, the Bawumia bus headed to Accra where he embarked on a rigorous street and market interactions at Odawna, CMB, Okaishie, UTC area and Tudu.

Dr. Bawumia was cheered loudly by the traders and head potters, popularly called Kayayei.

They chanted his name and showered accolades on him, also touting his key policies.

Dr. Bawumia's "It is Possible" mantra couldn't escape the lips of the gathering with the Kayayeis expressing their profound gratitude to the NPP presidential candidate in respect of his  construction of a multi-purpose hostel and training centre for them in Madina and Ashaiman.
