Keep Up Your Good Works Greatness Awaits You Torgbui Sri Tells Energy Minister

The Awoamefia of Anlo State, Torgbui Sri III has thrown his weight behind Energy Minister, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and urged him to focus on the good works he is doing for Ghana.

The Awoamefia made this remark at his palace in Anloga when the Minister paid him a courtesy call on Wednesday, 8th May, 2024.

Torgbui Sri was delighted to see his son, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly called “NAPO” and encouraged him to persist working hard and effectively serve the populace.

“I am solidly behind you and I want you to keep being focused. What is ahead of you is greater and so do not be distracted by anything”, the Awoamefia told Dr. Opoku Prempeh.

The Energy Minister also recalled the long-standing father-son relation between Torgbui Sri and  himself.

He further recounted the beautiful and cordial relationship between his grandfather, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, and Torgbui Sri on which basis the Asantehene once visited the Awoamefia.

“I have enormous confidence in Ghana’s future, where the political class and traditional authorities work together harmoniously for the advancement of the growth and prosperity of the people”, Dr. Prempeh expressed.
