The Minister for Communications and Digitalization (MoCD), Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful ( MP), has been adjudged the Digital Leader of the Year for the second consecutive time on the twelfth Ghana Information Technology and Telecom Awards (GITTA) which was held final evening twenty first October 2022 on the Movenpick Hotel in Accra.
This was in recognition of her wonderful efficiency in championing Ghana's Digital Transformation Agenda for nationwide growth.
