Ghanaian comic actor, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng popularly known as Funny Face has been remanded into police custody for two weeks over his drunk driving accident.
Funny Face appeared in court today, Tuesday, March 26th, 2024.
The Ofaakor Circuit Court in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region remanded him into police custody for two weeks. He was arrested late Sunday after he hit at least five people whilst driving his car in Kasoa.
He was reported to be drunk at the time and luckily, no one died however the victims are in crucial condition. He was arrested following the incident and faces charges of drunk driving and careless driving.
