The Tertiary Student Confederacy of the New Patriotic Party, Wiawso College of Education Chapter has honoured their longest-standing patron Dr Kwame Afriyie, (DKA) for his enormous support, direction and motivation over the past 15 years.

Dr Kwame Afriyie, became Patron of Tescon WATICO Chapter in 2009 when TESCON was first introduced at the WATICO Campus, his support both mentorship, kind and cash have helped in the growth of TESCON and made the group attractive to students which left them no other option than to join the group.

At the 15-year celebration of TESCON WATICO, held on 16th March 2024 at the WATICO Campus in Sefwi Wiawso, the Regional TESCON Coordinator and his team saw itmm honour for their long-serving TESCON patron in the Region.

Joe Louis, who received the citation on behalf of Dr Kwame Afriyie, re-echoed Dr Kwame Afriyies's commitment and support towards TESCON activities in the Region and urged them to work hard and project the good work of Dr Bawumia as they soldier on to break the 8 on December 7, general elections.
