NDC Running Mate Stop Talking About Prof Naana Opoku Agyemangs Age Kwesi Pratt To Critics

Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has eulogized Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang over her appointment as Running Mate to John Dramani Mahama, the presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The NDC endorsed Prof. Naana Opoku-Agyemang to partner John Mahama for the second time following her selection in 2020.

Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' morning show, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. touted the credentials of Prof. Naana Opoku-Agyemang who made history as the first Ghanaian female Vice Chancellor of a University and her exceptional work as an academic as well as Minister under the previous Mahama regime.

Mr. Pratt however cautioned her critics who are using her age against her to desist from it.

Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang is said to be in her 70s and her age has become a political issue but, to Mr. Pratt, age is no factor when it comes to the Presidency.

"Stop talking about her age because the President is near 80 years," he made reference to the President Nana Akufo-Addo's age in a few days to come.
